[Manager/Manager Candidate]
Monthly salary: 350,000-450,000
Holidays: 8 days a month shift system, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, paid vacation

​Business content: Customer service, operation planning, staff training, sales promotion planning, shift management, numerical management (mainly sales and personnel expenses), and other management of all service teams and coordination with the kitchen.

Salary example: 30 years old/assistant manager (mid-career hire, no management experience when joining) Annual income: 5.2 million yen
Eight years after joining the company, 38 years old/Director (mid-career hire, with management experience at a foreign steakhouse) Annual income: 6.5 million yen
